Processing time
Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of payment, for products we have in our own stock.
For products that are not in our own stock, an estimated shipping time of approximately 2 weeks applies.
The current, product-specific shipping time is always shown at the top of the product page, above the product description — please refer to this for the most up-to-date estimate.
During busy periods or promotions, processing time may be slightly longer.
Shipping costs and expected delivery time
Shipping costs and delivery time depend on the type of product you order. Below you will find the rates per category.
Category 1: General assortment
Applies to all products except Canvascamp, Barebones, Frontier and Winnerwell (see Categories 2 and 3 below).

Periodic shipping: for orders between €200.00 and €750.00 to the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg, we also offer a free, slower shipping option. In this case, delivery time is generally 14 to 31 business days. This option applies only to these destinations and this order amount.

For North America and Oceania, we work with a custom quote for event tents, as shipping costs strongly depend on weight and dimensions. Please contact us at contact@broeroutdoor.nl for a shipping quote.
Domestic and international shipping
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, all countries within the European Union, and selected international destinations (see above for the rate applicable to your order).
Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply to international shipments. These costs are always the customer's responsibility.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours before tracking information becomes visible with the carrier.
Shipping delays
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs handling, or incorrect address details.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that nevertheless turn out to be lost or stolen. If you experience issues, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns due to shipping issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, any additional shipping costs for resending it are the customer's responsibility.
