Chemical Heating Pads

Chemical heat pads give fast warmth when it is cold. You open the pack and the heat starts by itself, without power or batteries. That is why they are great outdoors, for work in the cold and for cold winter days. They are small and light, so they fit in your coat pocket or bag. That way you always have a source of heat at hand, without any fuss.

How do chemical heat pads work?

The pouch holds a mix that warms up as soon as air reaches it. This reaction lasts for hours, so your hands or feet stay warm for a long time. You don't have to do anything, except open the pack. As a result, they are also handy in an emergency kit or in the car. Besides, there are pads for every spot: for your hands, your feet, your toes and your body. So you choose exactly what you need.

How to use heat pads

Only open the pouch at the moment you need the heat. Put a hand warmer in your glove or coat pocket. A foot warmer goes in your shoe, while you stick a body warmer on your clothes. For a long day, bring an extra set, because a pad works for a fixed number of hours. After that, it stops. Keep the pouches dry and closed, because otherwise the heat starts too early.
