Optical accessories get more out of your binoculars or spotting scope. Think of a harness, a bag, an extra eyepiece or an adapter for your camera. That way you watch longer, sharper and with less fuss. It is great for birdwatching, when hunting and for nature photos.
Optical accessories: what is there?
For comfort, there is a harness. It spreads the weight of your binoculars across your shoulders. For your image, there are eyepieces with zoom or a wide angle, and an extender for extra zoom. Do you want to take photos? Then you link your camera to your scope with an adapter. There is even an astro adapter, so you can also look at the stars.
Protection matters too. A stay-on bag stays on your scope while you watch. A cap on the lens and a guard on the eyepiece keep dust and rain out. In addition, a filter guards the front lens against scratches. So your scope lasts for years.
What should you look for?
First, look at your model. Almost everything in this collection comes from Kowa and fits one series. You find that series in the name, such as TSN-88A or TSN-66A. Also check the size of a cap or ring. The name gives it in millimetres. Not sure? Just ask us, and we will figure it out together.
