The Lifesaver Jerrycan Active Carbon Discs are the carbon discs for your Lifesaver Jerrycan water filter. You get 5 in a set. Each disc takes a nasty taste and smell out of your water. Moreover, it reduces chemicals and heavy metals.

What do the Lifesaver Jerrycan Active Carbon Discs do

These are the standard discs from Lifesaver. So you find them in every product of the brand. Tests cover substances such as chlorine, lead, nickel and cadmium. The discs remove these well and evenly, for as long as the disc lasts. As a result, your water tastes a lot better on the go. In addition, each disc lasts for 500 litres.

With or without a disc

The disc is an extra. After all, your Jerrycan also makes water safe without a disc. That is because the UF cartridge protects you against bacteria, viruses and cysts. The disc does not do that. Instead, it only gives a better taste and smell, and also fewer chemicals. So replace the disc in time if you filter a lot.
