The Lifesaver Wayfarer Active Carbon Pack holds the carbon discs for your Lifesaver Wayfarer water filter. You get 3 in a set. Each disc takes a nasty taste and smell out of your water. Moreover, it reduces chemicals and heavy metals.

What does the Lifesaver Wayfarer Active Carbon Pack do

These are the standard discs from Lifesaver. So you find them in every product of the brand. Tests cover substances such as chlorine, lead, nickel and cadmium. The discs remove these well and evenly, for as long as the disc lasts. As a result, your water tastes a lot better on the go. Each disc lasts for 100 litres, so this set of 3 filters 300 litres in total.

With or without a disc

The disc is an extra. After all, your Wayfarer also makes water safe without a disc. That is because the UF cartridge protects you against bacteria, viruses and cysts. The disc does not do that. Instead, it only gives a better taste and smell, and also fewer chemicals. So replace the disc in time if you filter a lot.
