The Tipi tent Traveller 500 from CanvasCamp is a roomy tipi with a classic shape. That shape has proved itself for generations. Thanks to the cone shape, the tent stands up well to wind, rain and snow. That is why it suits a camping holiday, glamping, a festival or a weekend away, in any season. It offers room for 2 to 7 people.

The fabric of the Tipi tent Traveller 500

The fabric is Tentex® PC28 polycotton canvas (±65% cotton, ±35% polyester). This fabric breathes, but it also keeps the weather out. Moreover, the fabric has a treatment. As a result, it resists UV, repels water and gives mould little chance. So it stays pleasant inside, both in warm and in cold weather. The water column is 380 mm. Thus you stay dry, even in heavy rain.

Space and pitching

The sturdy bathtub groundsheet keeps out damp, dirt and insects. The tent stands on one centre pole. Therefore you pitch it fast: one person can do it in about 10 minutes. The tent has a diameter of 5 metres and a living area of 19.6 m². So there is plenty of room for a couple, a family or a small group.
