Bell tents are round cotton tents with a tall pole in the middle. As a result, you can stand up straight everywhere and the tent feels big. In this collection you will find all Sibley bell tents by CanvasCamp, from a compact tent for two to a large tent for a group. The canvas breathes, so inside it stays cool on a warm day and pleasant in the evening.
Why choose bell tents
Canvas breathes, and you notice it. So there is no clammy air in the tent and you get less condensation. Besides, the fabric gives a soft, warm feel. The round shape catches little wind, so the tent stands firm. That is why a bell tent is great for a long stay, for glamping and for a weekend with the family.
Which of our bell tents suits you
CanvasCamp makes three lines. They differ mainly in the fabric:
Traveller: Tentex PC28 canvas, a mix of cotton and polyester. Light and quick to pitch, such as the Sibley Traveller 400.
Apex: extra strong polycotton with a layer that keeps water out, for frequent use, such as the Sibley Apex 400.
ProTech: Tentex C32 canvas for four seasons, with side walls you can roll up all round, such as the Sibley ProTech 400.
The number in the name is the diameter: a 400 is 4 metres wide. Camping as a couple? Then a 300 or 400 is enough. If you go with the whole family, choose a 500 or larger. For a group there is the ProTech 800 DD with two doors. Want to sleep and live apart? Then look at a Twin, such as the Apex 600 Twin. Not sure about the size?
