The Buteo Photo Gear Rain Cover 2 is the roomy cover in the range. Buteo made it for large telephoto lenses. So rain, snow and dust stay out. Moreover, the cover has a camouflage print. As a result, your camera does not stand out in the field. That way you stay calmly in place, even in bad weather.
Why the Buteo Photo Gear Rain Cover 2?
A large lens does not fit in every cover. This one does, because it is roomier than the Rain Cover 1. The cover uses waterproof 150D polyester. That is strong and lasts a long time. Yet the cover weighs little. Therefore it adds almost nothing to the weight of your camera bag.
What to keep in mind
The inside has a black coating. This keeps the water out and also stops glare. Do you have a smaller lens? Then choose the Rain Cover 1, because it fits more snugly around your camera. Not sure? Then first check the size of your lens.
