Description
The CanvasCamp Bison tent stove is first of all a good wood stove. The fact that you can also take it on your travels is a nice bonus. Most stoves for tents are mainly light and small. With the Bison, however, it is all about the fire itself. So you get warmth, a cosy mood and ease of use in one stove.
A view of the fire
The glass door is wide, so you get a 180° view of the flames. The door opens in two steps (2-step). First the stove draws in air, and only then does the door open fully. This way the fire does not flare out. You can also replace the glass on its own, so the stove lasts a long time.
Safe fires with the CanvasCamp Bison tent stove
Inside, vermiculite lines the base, the sides and the back wall. This is a fireproof stone. These panels guide the heat. As a result, the Bison may stand closer to the canvas than a normal stove. The flue leaves the back and runs straight to the rear. So you route the smoke through a side wall instead of the roof, and that saves floor space. With three controls, you set the air, the fire and the flue. That gives a calm fire, clean glass and a clean burn of wood and smoke.
Also outdoors and on the patio
The Bison does not have to stay under canvas. Thanks to its sturdy build and big glass door, it also makes a fine patio stove. Place it on its own for the mood, or combine it with the Bison Grill for a barbecue. Furthermore, you can add a grill plate at five heights.
