Why Care Plus Bugsox Traveller?
The socks contain Healthguard, a substance based on permethrin. In fact, this substance repels mosquitoes and other pests on contact. As a result, fewer mosquitoes land on your feet, so you get fewer bites. Ticks also do not attach to the fabric. That way you have extra protection in the woods and dunes.
Cool in the heat, warm in the cold
The socks contain bamboo viscose. This fabric lets air through and also absorbs moisture. As a result, your feet stay cool when it is warm. In the cold, however, the fine structure insulates, so the warmth stays in. Furthermore, the socks have no seams, because a seam causes friction. You simply wash them in the machine, ideally at a low temperature. That way the effect lasts longer.
