What the Kowa TSN-HD eyepiece cap keeps out
The cap keeps dust, moisture and scratches off the eyepiece. As a result, the lens stays clean and in good shape. That helps the image, because a clean lens gives a sharper view. Moreover, the cap is sturdy, so it lasts a long time.
Quick off and back on
The cap is handy while you watch, too: you take it off the eyepiece in one move. So you switch fast between storing and watching. Afterwards you put it back just as easily. That way your TSN-501 or TSN-553 is always ready to use.
