Description
The Tipi tent Traveller 400 from CanvasCamp has the classic shape of a tipi, but uses modern fabric. Thanks to the cone shape, the tent stands up well to wind, rain and snow. That is why it is a great choice for a camping holiday, a festival or a weekend away, in any season. It suits 2 to 4 people.
The fabric of the Tipi tent Traveller 400
The fabric is Tentex® PC28 polycotton canvas (±65% cotton, ±35% polyester). This fabric breathes, but it also protects well. Moreover, it has a coating. As a result, it resists UV, repels water and gives mould little chance. So it stays pleasant inside, both in warm and in cold weather. The water column is 380 mm. Thus the tent stays fully dry, even in a heavy shower.
Groundsheet and pitching
The groundsheet is a heavy bathtub floor of 560 g/m². So it keeps out damp, dirt and insects. Besides, a strong zip joins the groundsheet seamlessly to the canvas. The tent stands on one centre pole. Therefore you pitch it fast: one person can do it in about 10 minutes.
Stable in wind and snow
The guy lines reflect, so you can see them in the dark. Together with the steel pegs, they hold the tent firmly in place. As a result, it stays up well, even in strong wind and snow.
